Scott Osborn is widely recognized as a pioneer of the digital vehicle inspection, having developed one of the first web-based DVI systems while running his own repair shop in Redondo Beach, California. An ASE Master Technician with over 50 years in the automotive industry, he has founded more than 20 automotive businesses and coached hundreds of shop owners across North America. He leads Repair Shop Solutions and serves as President of DVI Training, applying AI-driven technology to improve how shops communicate with customers. He is also the author of Making Smart Choices.

Paul is one of the “original three” who launched R.O. Writer over 30 years ago, at the time the industry’s most groundbreaking shop-management system. Since then, he has continued to design and enhance innovative software tools that solve real challenges for automotive service centers.

Paul’s work focuses on delivering cutting edge technology that improves reporting, retention, productivity, and communication inside the modern repair business.

Tere has owned three businesses and began his automotive career as a General Manager for a NAPA AutoCare center. In the 2000s, he played key roles at NAPA TRACS, R.O. Writer, Protractor, and Shop-Ware during major growth phases.

With deep experience in both shop operations and software, Tere believes technology is powerful — but operational process determines success. At the end of the day, reporting is the means of ensuring a reliable future.

Chris specializes in architecting and directing scalable AI-powered software tools designed for professionals who rely on accurate, efficient documentation in their daily workflows. His expertise focuses on eliminating the hours traditionally spent producing reports, evaluations, and reviews—giving teams more time to serve their clients and grow their business.

Under Chris’s leadership, Repair Shop Solutions and AutoAppsAI are building next-generation software tools that are transforming the culture of the automotive repair industry. His work ensures that shops gain clarity, efficiency, and actionable intelligence through AI-driven innovation.

Jaime brings over 25 years of experience in software development, project management, and client relations to the Repair Shop Solutions team. His career has been defined by building long-lasting partnerships with clients through well-tailored solutions and a personal touch.

At Repair Shop Solutions and AutoAppsAI, Jaime develops and enhances the software tools that power modern repair shops. His work ensures that each product is reliable, scalable, and built to meet the real-world demands of busy service centers.

Daniel brings over 14 years of software development experience, specializing in .NET, Azure Cloud, and DevOps. He has led mission‑critical projects in industries such as energy and manufacturing, designing secure and scalable infrastructures. His approach combines technological innovation with clear processes that strengthen team collaboration across Latin America.
